First: Conditions for Exchanging a Device:
1- Attach the original purchase invoice.
2- The device to be exchanged must be in its original condition without any use and with all packaging accessories.
3- Exchange within a maximum of 3 days from the date of the invoice.
Second: Conditions for Returning a Device:
2- Return within a maximum of 3 days from the date of the invoice.
3- The device is in its original condition, not opened as it was purchased.
4- In the event that a product is returned due to a defect in the product or a defect from the manufacturer, or as a result of damage during the delivery of the product, or due to the delivery of the wrong product, additional fees for the shipping service or bank transfer fees will not be charged.
In the event of a return for other reasons (the customer needs to exchange the product or the customer’s desire has changed in general), the customer will be charged the cost of the shipping and delivery with discount of % of the invoice value, with a minimum of 100 riyals.
